The current deliverable explains the principles, practices, and actions that the FLEXSHIP Consortium has planned for managing knowledge and IPR. This document works together with D8.2, which is the Data Management Plan, and has a two-fold objective. The first objective is to describe the internal procedures that the FLEXSHIP Consortium has implemented for managing knowledge and IPR in accordance with the FLEXSHIP GA and FLEXSHIP Consortium Agreement (CA). The second objective is to outline the current state of knowledge and IPR in FLEXSHIP, which will provide a foundation for effective innovation management during the remainder of the grant period.
