The Project Management plan offers guidelines for the members of the FLEXSHIP project. It provides instructions for the crucial aspects of the project. These include management structures, project reporting, working practices, quality assurance protocol, and risk management. The plan outlines the roles and responsibilities of the groups and individuals involved in the project’s management structures. Additionally, the quality assurance protocol serves as a reference for the project to ensure that work is carried out effectively and that deliverables meet the required quality standards. The Project Management plan is the initial deliverable for the project and will be updated as necessary to reflect any changes in procedures during the project. It is important to note that this document does not cover data protection guidelines, instead these will be outlined in the D8.2 Data Management Plan and D7.3 Knowledge Management and Protection of Intellectual Property.
