Back in January, FLEXSHIP project members organised a second EUWT-SE meeting where the doors were gladly opened to AENEAS and NEMOSHIP project’s representatives. In the collaborative meeting, it was outlined the considerable value that results from synergies with other parallel / similar EU funded projects to leverage project results and fulfil the expectations of the European Commission.
AENEAS and NEMOSHIP PCs gave an exhaustive overview of their respective projects. Both AENEAS and NEMOSHIP are addressing electric energy storage and digital solutions which supplement and complete the technologies developed in the other projects on full electric / hybrid ships, leveraging the opportunities for market uptake.
FLEXSHIP aims to broaden its reach beyond the consortium by actively partnering with relevant EU-funded projects that aligns with our vision. Our collaborative efforts span various activities, including networking, joint workshops, knowledge exchange, and the development and adoption of best practices. Through these initiatives, we aspire to enhance the visibility of all projects involved and showcase the diversity of the community dedicated to the topics of marine ecosystem and waterborne transport.
With the joint-action we seek to boost all our public outcomes into the wide marine ecosystem.
Join us as we navigate the seas of innovation for sustainable battery/hybrid ship operations!
FLEXSHIP received funding from EU Horizon Europe research and innovation program under Grant Agreement no. 101095863.
