The taskforce in charge of developing advanced business models is currently working on several key areas to achieve robust final outcomes. These areas include, but are not limited to, the creation of FLEXSHIP-wise Life Cycle Assessment and Life Cycle Cost Assessment, structuring segmentation analysis to provide a clear framework for vessel type (use-case) selection, identifying driving and restraining factors by use-case, defining impact factors, and, last but not least, conceptualizing a four-layer business model framework for vessel types.
The taskforce consists of professionals representing OTASKI, WABTEC, SOERMAR, and BRING.
