The recent workshop (17th of June) focused on the crucial collaboration between industry and higher education in promoting zero-emission waterborne transport. Key topics included skill development and capacity building, with an emphasis on electrification and the application of digital twins for sustainable shipping, inspired by innovative projects such as FLEXSHIP and DT4GS (Digital Twin for Green Shipping).
This workshop provided an opportunity to share best practices and foster collaboration among stakeholders in the maritime sector.
