Define stakeholders’ needs and requirements and link them to KPIs and outcomes of WP1 and WP7’s exploitation strategy. Build key parameters to form the strategic vision and solutions for the proposed ship battery deployment, its safe operations in the project demonstration (WP5), and future operations. The task further explores SWOT analyses, the technical economic risks of stakeholders’ needs, and requirements of hybrid/electrical ships business models and port operations. It evaluates the interrelations/interdependence and variabilities of stakeholders’ interests in the small to medium size vessels in river systems, and estuaries. Additionally, the tasks will explore the project’s viability and how the activities and lessons learned in WP5 can improve the business and stakeholder buy-in in the short, medium, and long term. As well as, exploring the potential changes (opportunities and barriers) to the shipping ecosystems from regulatory, standardisation, operational, training/education, environmental, and social perspectives. The inputs will be learnings from WP5 and WP2 and the output will be an assessment of the technology and the development of T6.3 and T6.4. Reported in D6.1.
