The FLEXSHIP consortium successfully held its M36 Online General Assembly on 2–3 December 2025, bringing together all partners for two days of focused technical and organisational discussions. The meeting reviewed progress across all Work Packages, including integration alignment, detailed WP3 technical developments, WP4 updates, high-level assessments, and comprehensive reviews of WP5–WP7 activities. Partners also engaged in structured technical sessions addressing demonstrator preparations, system integration, and project risk management. The Assembly ensured alignment on key milestones, clarified next steps, and strengthened collaboration as the project moves toward its final phase.
