An Initial Exploitation Plan of the FLEXSHIP PROJECT is finished. The Dissemination and exploitation of FLEXSHIP technology through a business plan and a strategy for competence development and technology transfer is developed. In this initial exploitation plan, a first analysis of the project’s results has been made of its future exploitability along the different exploitation routes. The plan describes the possible and future operable components and designs, as well as the basis for the different routes and operating plans for the operable components and designs. The final version of the exploitation plan will be published by the end of the project and will include the collection of relevant market data, identification of market conditions and drivers, SWOT analysis and exploitation pathways of the project results after completion.
