Shahid Mughal, Chief Executive: Responsible for championing the strategic vision, securing stakeholder alignment, and driving the organisational commitment needed to deliver an impactful and commercially viable project.

Alan Kennedy, Head of Innovation: Responsible for identifying emerging technologies, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, and driving the development of forward-thinking strategies, that support the digital green transition to unlock new value streams in vessel electrification.

Alan Younger, Senior Consultant: Technical Lead: Responsible for development of business models, and coordination of stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are aligned with capabilities. Co-developing scalable and sustainable business models, and facilitating collaboration across industry, academia, and regulatory bodies to support the Flexship Project.
How Innvotek are Powering FLEXSHIP’s Success
Innvotek’s objective in the Flexship Project is to accelerate the digital green transition in vessel electrification by, enabling sustainable business models, and advancing strong stakeholder collaboration. Innvotek’s role includes –
- Evaluating stakeholders’ requirements and expectations
- Supporting long-term skills needs and strategies for a green shipping value chain
- Supporting business models to achieve 300nm by 2027
- Delivering the FLEXSHIP business plan and its commercial scalability and economic strategy
