SCU’s contribution to evaluating stekaholders’ requirements and expectations incorporating the technical feasibility (digital twin and demonstrator) is realized with Kocaeli Municipality and local battery and power electronics companies. Their interest is directly related to see technical output of the FLEXSHIP. As for the feasibility, they are looking for our solutions but verified after using them in Kocaeli Municipality. Please check the stakeholder’s report.
Key Achievements:
SCU has conducted extensive stakeholder analyses to capture diverse requirements, translating these insights into the development of digital twin technologies and demonstrators. The team ensured technical feasibility by aligning stakeholder needs with state-of-the-art technological capabilities.
Target Audience:
Key stakeholders include energy management companies, government agencies, and R&D departments exploring digital transformation in energy systems.
Measurable Outcomes:
- Comprehensive requirements matrix documenting stakeholder expectations.
- Successful delivery of functional digital twin prototypes validated through demonstrators.
- Stakeholder satisfaction ratings and reflecting alignment with project goals.
Potential Impacts:
This activity fosters trust and collaboration between stakeholders, bridging gaps between technology and real-world applications. It also drives the adoption of digital twin technologies, leading to smarter, more efficient energy systems.
